Casa Ronda 1 is situated in very exposed location on a small hill above Charco del Palo. A house with 2 floors where - nomen est omen - the architectural issue was: round.
Together with Casa Ronda 2 it has a huge garden of about 2.000m2 with countless palms, big cactuses and lots of other plants. Both houses share the pool of 8 x 4 meters.
Casa Ronda 1 is the bigger of the two houses and has in total three bedrooms on two floors. Because of this it is suitable for up to 6 persons. All bedrooms have big beds and built in wardrobes in typical Lanzarote- style.
The generous bathrooms - one on each floor - have shower, toilet and urinal, bidet and art-deco heater. The fully equipped kitchen does not leave any wish open. As well the dining room, which is open to the living room an from where a staircase leads you upstairs won`t let you miss any comfort. There is a wonderful leather three piece suit and of course Sat TV, HiFi equipment are available, - and as well a heater if you should need it.
Whether you prefer to stay in the sun or in the shadow - on the wind protected terraces you will enjoy a marvellous sight all over Charco del Palo, the wonderful rocky coast and all over the sea. Even from the pool you will have sea sight. Casa Ronda 1 is simply a touch of luxury in the midst of the small holiday village Charco del Palo.
Bedlinen and towels are available and will be changed every week. We can arrange for you the transfer to and from the airport or as well organize the car rental for you.
